Seattle Bike Expo

Welcome Exhibitors!

The Seattle Bicycle Expo is the largest bicycle-only consumer show in the United States, with more than 250 booths and between eight- and ten-thousand attendees. Seattle Bicycle Expo is the kick-off event for the Puget Sound region's bicycling season. In its 22nd year, Expo has built a reputation on providing visibility and presence for local and national organizations, businesses and bicycle manufacturers.

New this year, all vendors will be entered into a prize drawing to win an overnight package from our hotel sponsor, the MarQueen Hotel (and their sister property, the Inn at Queen Anne), including massage, breakfast, and a night's accommodation in an upscale King Room.

 
Booth Details
  • Single booths measure 10' x 10'.
  • All booths come with partitions and booth identification.
  • Booths under 400 sq ft come with 1 table and 2 chairs per 100 sq ft of space. 
  • All booth spaces are heated.
  • First floor booths offer easy loading; second floor booths are fully-carpeted.
  • Power, internet, phone lines, additional furniture, shipping assistance, and display equipment will be available for purchase and rental in early February. 
Booth Rates
  • $475 for nonprofit 10' x 10' (only available for first floor booths) 
  • $675 for standard 10' x 10'
  • $1250 for 10' x 20'
  • $1800 for 10' x 30'
  • $2200 for 20' x 20'
  • Please contact us for rates on booths larger than 20' x 20'
  • Corner booths are available for a $75 premium fee. Upstairs booths are available for a $100 premium. Please consult floor plan for availability before registering.

All exhibitors who register by December 15 will receive a $50 early bird discount on their booth.


Floor Plan
The 2012 Expo floor plan is available online. Please note that this floor plan will be updated weekly, and may not reflect the most current availability. Booths will be assigned on a first come basis. Due to fire marshal restrictions, if you plan to bring a tent or canopy we may not be able to accommodate you in your first choice booth.
 
Vendor Passes
Exhibitors receive five complimentary vendor passes, plus two passes per additional 100 sq. ft. of booth space. Additional passes are available to purchase for $5/each with registration, or at the show booth during load-in and throughout the show.
 
Parking
Parking for load-in on Friday, March 9th is available to vendors at no cost. Parking for Saturday and Sunday is available for $5/day. Weekend parking passes are available to purchase for $10 during registration. Vendors will also be able to purchase a weekend parking pass or a one day only pass at the show booth during load in and throughout the show. 
Onsite overnight parking for large trucks and trailers is available. Access to vehicles parked onsite will be limited to show hours.

2012 Location: Smith Cove Cruise Terminal 91
The 2012 event will take place once again in the deluxe Smith Cove Cruise Terminal, which overlooks the Puget Sound and features a magnificent view of downtown Seattle and the Olympic Mountain range. This brand-new facility is located at the base of the Magnolia Bridge, only three miles from downtown Seattle. It is easily accessible by bike via the Elliott Bay Trail, and has ample parking for attendees.
The building has two floors, more than 135,000 square feet of show space, and the capacity to hold more than 300 booths. The top floor features large windows, a panoramic view and fully-carpeted floors; the bottom floor is perfect for vendors in need of easy load-in. All booth spaces will have full heating and access to purchase full amenities, including power, phone lines, and display equipment.
